Requirements

•Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken •Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction •Ability to work independently and efficiently •Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus •Stable internet connection and suitable home office setup •A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adapt to new challenges •Flexibility to work various shifts as required
