Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken • Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks • Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset • Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques • Proficient in working independently in a remote setting • A valid work permit for Greece may be required
