β€’ Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email and/or chat sessions. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. β€’ Maintain technical expertise and proficiency with all related and relevant software and computer systems. β€’ Follow-through and tracking to ensure escalated and active issues are researched and resolved. β€’ Communicate professionally and effectively with customers for follow-up when required. β€’ Maintain relevant skills and credits via internal support continuing training courses. β€’ Follow established department processes and procedure. β€’ Escalate issues and communicate appropriately with peers and management.

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent. β€’ Excellent computer skills. β€’ Strong customer service orientation. β€’ Requires excellent verbal communication skills. β€’ Requires a consistent, positive attitude and respect for high quality standards. β€’ Requires the ability to make quick, sound judgments when answering questions. β€’ Excellent multi-tasking skills. β€’ Committed to being a team player. β€’ Requires the ability to recall numerous guidelines and procedures. β€’ Excellent organizational skills. β€’ Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
