• Position Type: Full-Time, Remote • Working Hours: Flexible • About Pavago: A client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to collaborate with their team in developing innovative solutions on Salesforce for dynamic business challenges. • Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager: Identify and develop solutions on Salesforce. • Assist in Transitioning Tasks: Move tasks from third-party vendors to internal development. • Address Back-End Development Needs: Support live environment updates. • Participate in Project Management Activities: Use tools such as Asana and Monday.com. • Utilize SOQL for Database Interactions: Handle reporting and database management. • Develop and Customize Salesforce Applications: Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. • Integrate Systems and Optimize Processes: Utilize APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems. • Conduct Quality Assurance and Documentation: Perform code reviews and maintain high standards through testing and quality assurance processes. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers and business analysts.

Requirements

• Salesforce Proficiency: 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and management. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SOQL, Java, and Python. • Project Management Experience: Familiarity with tools like Asana and Monday.com. • Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills. • Experience in Basic Development Tasks: Ability to work with APIs and general development knowledge.
