• Paved is a bootstrapped, profitable, remote-first team consisting of creative problem solvers who value flexibility, autonomy, and impactful work. • We ❤️ empowering publishers to monetize their knowledge and world insights as well as give advertisers a platform to connect with their target audience. • We're positioned to triple or quadruple our revenue in the next few years. • Being one of the first 20 employees, you’ll have an opportunity to have a massive brand and revenue impact. • We are seeking an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to drive our outbound sales efforts by warming up sales funnels and closing deals. • In this role, you will identify and target potential clients who are looking to reach a wider audience and establish relationships with them.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred or at least 1 years of experience in the similar role • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Experience using email outreach tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, and other prospecting platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication with a persuasive, professional approach to outreach. • Self-motivated, results-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets. • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market and customer research to identify promising leads.
