📋 Description
• We are looking for a Compliance Conduct & Ethics, Program Manager to support key governance and compliance functions within Paxos. • This role will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing compliance policies across Employee Conduct & Ethics programs. • Oversee the company’s Compliance training program The Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Paxos maintains regulatory alignment. • Own complex compliance initiatives, mitigate risks, and drive ethical accountability across the organization. • Help build a strong compliance framework that supports Paxos’ growth while protecting its reputation.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory risk, or governance oversight in financial services, fintech, or crypto industries. • Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), whistleblower governance, and consumer protection policies. • Strong experience in policy development, risk assessment, and enforcement of compliance controls. • Proven ability to design and execute compliance training and awareness programs. • Experience managing compliance reporting and presenting key insights to senior leadership. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across legal, risk, and business teams.
