• About Paxos: Rebuilding financial infrastructure to support universal access. • About the team: Driving growth and awareness across Paxos, partnering with various teams. • About the role: Help scale new products globally as a Growth Marketing Lead. • Define Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and optimize B2B lead generation strategies. • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels. • Content Development: Create engaging assets in support of identified campaigns. • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. • Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with Sales for continuous feedback.
• 6+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation. • Experience in fintech, financial services or blockchain. • Comfortable working across a range of segments ranging from startups to sales-driven enterprise engagement. • Clear communicator and data-driven decision maker. • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. • Proficiency in Hubspot is a plus.
