Description
• As the Senior Director of Technical Program Management, key driver of efficiency, growth, and scalability at PayNearMe. • Establish and scale strategic technical program management practices aligning operational processes with long-term business objectives. • Oversee and ensure delivery of total portfolio of technical projects and programs. • Evaluate, implement, and enhance project management best practices. • Act as a player coach and lead highest priority programs. • Focus on building, developing, and mentoring a high-performing TPM team. • Align processes with business goals and promote team growth. • Maintain high standards of delivery excellence to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of technical program management experience, leading complex technology projects and programs. • 5+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery. • Proven experience identifying and addressing systemic inefficiencies and scaling technical programs. • Experience building, growing, and leading a technical program management organization. • Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and the application in product development and delivery. • Proven communication skills. • Proven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team. • Proven ability to influence across virtual teams and disparate stakeholder groups. • Strategic, organizational thinker with a track record of strengthening program governance and controls within an organization.
