•Develop and optimize end-to-end product development processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals. •Define overarching playbook of functions and activities to be orchestrated as part of product launches. •Develop, implement and continuously refine best practices to improve product lifecycle management efficiency. •Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product operations and establish mechanisms for tracking and reporting. •Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. •Define, implement, and manage the product management tool stack. •Lead a high-performing product operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. •Establish and maintain accountability frameworks to ensure team members meet project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

•10+ years of experience in a leadership role within product operations, preferably in high-growth or fintech industries. •A proven track record of driving product operations strategies, improving product delivery efficiencies, and leading cross-functional teams. •Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies and industry best practices. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. •Strong background in process optimization. •Demonstrated ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to product operations. •Proven experience in using data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, enhance product lifecycle management, and inform strategic decisions to optimize processes. •In-depth understanding and practical experience with frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or OKRs. •Hands-on experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools to manage projects, track progress, and report on key milestones and outcomes. •Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities and projects may shift frequently.
