• The Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Gen will take ownership of large-scale demand gen marketing initiatives • Developing, executing, and influencing programs to drive awareness, demand and opportunity creation in the Financial Institutions & Lending vertical at PayNearMe • Looking for a results-driven marketer responsible for planning, building and optimizing demand gen initiatives • Oversee the creation of comprehensive demand generation campaigns for new client acquisition and opportunity creation • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, SDRs, and other departments to deliver segmented campaigns aligned with revenue team goals • Report on the effectiveness of campaigns with a mix of data analysis and storytelling • Understand how to use different channels and tactics to reach different audiences
• 8-10 years of experience in B2B demand gen marketing, with a focus on SaaS or technology products • A strong background in campaign development and program execution • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale marketing projects • Experience marketing to mid-large sized financial institutions, such as banks, credit unions, and/or lenders • Strong strategic thinking and creative approach to problem solving • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
