• PCG Consulting group is a dynamic and innovative organization. • Responsible for customizing Taleo functionality. • Execute comprehensive testing and participate in Change & Communications initiatives. • Design, implement, and support the Change & Communications plan for Taleo. • Create and deliver effective training programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience as a Taleo Developer, with a strong understanding of Taleo's customization capabilities. • Experience in testing Taleo functionality and resolving issues in collaboration with quality assurance teams. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in Change & Communications planning and execution. • Previous involvement in the design and implementation of training programs. • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems in addition to Taleo.
