Description

• Act as a Global Process Owner to standardize and optimize demand planning processes globally. • Develop and maintain demand planning models, incorporating data from various departments to create accurate forecasts. • Ensure consistency of forecast processes across business units and link with forecasting processes. • Provide guidance and oversight to SKU-level forecasts, ensuring alignment with business direction. • Work closely with Supply Planning teams to identify and resolve forecast changes. • Partner with various teams to develop an accurate demand forecast, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years related experience and/or training. • College Level Mathematical Skills • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs. • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs. • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables. • Ability to travel up to 10-25%. • Certifications: APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) certification or similar is a plus. • 10-15 years of experience in demand planning roles, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership position. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and performance metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced knowledge of demand planning software/tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
