Description
• Lead the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Guiding Care platform • Direct and lead configuration activities of a technical team • Responsible for proactive analysis of operational metrics • Ensure compliance with Model Audit Rules and Accrediting Agencies • Initiate and implement automated solutions to ensure optimal data quality • Create architectural design and technical design documents • Play a consultative role with business owners
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required • Minimum of five years health plan business or systems solutions experience required • Minimum of three years management experience required • Guiding Care experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills • Strong process and analytical skills • Six Sigma certificate or training preferred
