• Responsible for leading inventory planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy. • Develop and implement inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices. • Leads, develops, and implements inventory management policies, procedures, and strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. • Analyze historical sales data and customer product trends to forecast future inventory needs and make informed decisions about inventory levels. • Manage the replenishment process to ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels, and that stockouts and overstocking are minimized. • Continuously monitor and analyze inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste by leveraging ABC-XYZ segmentation methodologies. • Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on inventory levels, inventory turns, and other key performance indicators. • Lead and manage a team of inventory management professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively. • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. • Strong understanding of inventory management software and systems, including ERP, APS. WMS, and TMS.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training. • College Level Mathematical Skills • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs. • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs. • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables. • Ability to travel up to 10% - 25%
