Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years related experience and/or training. • College Level Mathematical Skills • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs. • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs. • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to travel up to 25% • Certifications: APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) certification or similar is a plus • 10-15 years of experience in production planning and scheduling roles, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership position • Proven track record of successfully leading production planning and scheduling teams in a manufacturing environment • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and performance metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced knowledge of production planning software/tools • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
