• This position is responsible for the market development and customer growth of our POPCAKE COMMERCIAL & ASHWOOD’S business within an assigned territory. • Identify key opportunities, develop target accounts, establishing initial customer contacts, delivering over-the-phone, on-line & in person sales presentations & product demonstrations. • Closing the sale and placement of Free-on-Loan (FOL) equipment, coordinating the commissioning of related equipment. • Maintain relationships & annual grow revenue with existing customers. • Plan and execute sales strategies to maximise opportunities within assigned territory. • Handle customer queries, concerns, and call outs promptly and effectively with the Customer Service team. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in the region. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on company objectives.
• Proven sale experience in a field or territory-based role. • Experience in the related HoReCa sales field is advantageous. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational and time management abilities with the ability to work independently. • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. • Highly motivated and results driven. • Resilient and able to handle rejection constructively. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. • A valid UK driving license & own vehicle (mileage paid). • Eligibility to work in the UK.
