Description

• Peak Dental Services is adding a VP of Analytics to lead a data analytics team. • Develop analytics strategy to support business objectives. • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. • Collaborate with teams to develop KPIs and dashboards. • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis. • Establish data quality standards and ensure data accuracy. • Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to stakeholders. • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Computer Science. • A Master's degree is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least three years in a leadership or managerial role. • Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis. • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing analytics strategies in a corporate environment. • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools. • Experience working with large datasets and using statistical analysis techniques. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred. • Certification in relevant analytics tools or methodologies is a plus.
