β’ 2 recent yearsβ experience in selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans required. β’ Minimum of 1 year working in tele-sales / call center environment. β’ Broker model experience. β’ Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β’ Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. β’ Persuasive negotiation and ability to overcome objections. β’ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. β’ Desire to learn, ability to self-study, and a drive to succeed. β’ Basic computer skills required. β’ Must have own equipment β computer, headset, ethernet and camera. β’ Self-starter. β’ Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus but not required.
