📋 Description
• Peak Plans LLC seeks motivated Insurance Tele-Sales Agents. • Interact with customers via phone to promote and sell insurance policies. • Acquire new customers through inbound calls and self-generated leads. • Ensure adherence to company policies and comply with industry regulations. • Responsible for renewing the book of business during subsequent AEPs.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 recent years’ experience in selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans required. • Minimum of 1 year working in tele-sales / call center environment. • Broker model experience. • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. • Persuasive negotiation and ability to overcome objections. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. • Desire to learn, ability to self-study, and a drive to succeed. • Basic computer skills required. • Must have own equipment – computer, headset, ethernet and camera. • Self-starter. • Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus but not required.
