β€’ Peak Plans LLC seeks motivated Insurance Tele-Sales Agents. β€’ Interact with customers via phone to promote and sell insurance policies. β€’ Acquire new customers through inbound calls and self-generated leads. β€’ Ensure adherence to company policies and comply with industry regulations. β€’ Responsible for renewing the book of business during subsequent AEPs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2 recent years’ experience in selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans required. β€’ Minimum of 1 year working in tele-sales / call center environment. β€’ Broker model experience. β€’ Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. β€’ Persuasive negotiation and ability to overcome objections. β€’ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. β€’ Desire to learn, ability to self-study, and a drive to succeed. β€’ Basic computer skills required. β€’ Must have own equipment – computer, headset, ethernet and camera. β€’ Self-starter. β€’ Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus but not required.
