• The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and selling our recruiting services. • This role requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in customer success, operational excellence, and achieving sales targets.
• 2-3+ years of in a sales, account management or customer success role, ideally selling services. • Proven experience in an inside sales role making 250+ cold calls per week. • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas. • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. • Proficiency with CRM, data and task management.
