• Pearl Health is powering the future of healthcare by helping primary care providers deliver quality healthcare. • We are seeking a systems & process-driven Director of Financial & Contracting Operations to join our Finance team. • Your work will systematically manage complex financial arrangements with our physician clients. • Collaborate with multiple departments involved in operationalizing contracts with customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial operations, contract management, or related roles • You are extremely detail oriented and organized, thrive in a fast-paced work environment and seek to increase operational efficiency where you can • You have demonstrated experience in managing complex financial and contracting processes, as both a system builder and operator • You have experience with contract lifecycle management systems, ERPs and/or other system implementations • You are a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight • You're an experienced business partner, skilled in building trust and you have excellent communication skills
