• Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, its features, and its core value proposition. • Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers. • Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation). • Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period. • Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation. • Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users. • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by Users. • Utilize objection-handling techniques to overcome hesitations and build confidence in the decision to subscribe. • Facilitate subscription starts by guiding Users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Product obsessed, passionate about how the App can change the lives of Users. • Tech-savvy, always finding ways to make your process more efficient and effective. • Deep familiarity with Sales tech stacks — CRM (Hubspot), VoIP, Product Analytics tooling, etc. • Excited by the hustle and grit it requires to be on the frontlines of early product adoption. • Problem-solver, finding workarounds and removing blockers — you aren’t blocked easily. • Excited about being a part of a startup environment and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. • Excellent and Effective Communicator: neutral accent, sounds stateside • Tech Savviness: comfort level with picking up a sales tech stack (Hubspot expert, VoIP, Product Analytics, etc.) • Great in KPI from work experiences (quota, sales, retention, etc) • Self-Starter: Hustle / Tenacity / Go-getter mentality • Culture-Fit: Aligned to (or actively seeking) start-up culture & environment
