Description

• Manage assigned accounts for client satisfaction and retention • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers • Identify client needs and recommend solutions • Act as a trusted advisor and provide support • Negotiate and close renewal agreements • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams for exceptional service • Track and report on key performance indicators • Maintain understanding of company's products and services

Requirements

• At least 2 years of account management experience or similar role • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite or Google Workspace • Track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
