Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-Based Client. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Experience with Xero or other bookkeeping-related platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL). • Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with companies such as Bench, Accenture, PwC, Pilot, The Collective, or similar organizations.
