• Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) • Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with occasional on-call availability for high-priority tasks outside standard hours. • Job Type: Full-time • Salary: $1,300 - $1,700 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. • Work Schedule: 50+ hours per week, with flexibility required to handle critical issues as they arise. • Time Zone: Primarily PST, with flexibility across various time zones for coordination as needed. • Role Overview: The Executive Assistant will primarily support the COO in projects and administrative tasks that drive revenue growth. • The ideal candidate is a capable generalist that is highly organized, can learn things extremely quickly, and a strong communicator.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree Graduate from a top school • Ability to learn tools and apps extremely quickly, such as Airtable, Pipedrive, Notion, Make, and Zapier • Proven experience and reputation when working a prior job, as someone known to be punctual, responsible, and highly dependable. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiative. • Very high level of initiative • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
