📋 Description
• Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks • Work closely with the CEO to keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to the CEO • Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response • Support the CEO in his external commitments, including service on external boards and committees • Research and recommend new processes, tools, and resources to enhance CEO’s communication and performance • Perform other related tasks as necessary
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3-5 years EA experience for a web development and/or digital marketing agency • Proven experience and success in executive support, including C-level executives • Experience with tools and platforms for calendar management and organization • Experience with Trello or similar Kanban platforms is a plus • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms is a plus • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills • Extremely strong organizational skills & keen attention to detail • Natural curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging new technology to optimize results • 100% commitment to being accountable in your work
