Requirements

• Proficiency in email and calendar management tools. • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for data management. • Strong task and project management skills, including experience with tools like Linear. • Experience with Canva for design and Shopify for e-commerce management. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Experience with Printful or similar platforms (can be learned). • Previous experience managing social events or working in a social club environment. • Knowledge of video editing tools or coordination with video teams. • Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets for project tracking and reporting. • Experience in customer service or client management, with a solution-oriented mindset. • Can serve multiple executives.
