•NeoWork is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. •As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative and operational support to our clients. •You will handle various administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel. •The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. •Responsibilities include managing calendars, arranging travel, handling email and phone communications, assisting with document preparation, and conducting research.
•At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role •Excellent organizational and time management skills •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Proficiency in using productivity tools and office software •Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively •High level of professionalism and confidentiality •Attention to detail and accuracy •Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks •Knowledge of office management systems and procedures •Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. •Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
