We mean what we say: we’re building a different recruiting company here. • About the Role: As a Full Cycle Accounting Analyst at Pearl Talent, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. • Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Bookkeeping, Ad-hoc Analysis, Reporting, Organization, Compliance, Collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper with a US-Based Client. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Experience in creating Financial Forecast and Actionable Budget Plans • Experience with Xero or other bookkeeping-related platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL). • Experience working with companies such as Bench, Accenture, PwC, Pilot, The Collective, or similar organizations.
