Requirements
• Background in agriculture, farming, or related industries is HIGHLY PREFERRED • 3-5 years of experience in operations management and project management. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a track record of taking initiative. • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with precision. • Proficiency with tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva and Tableu • Experience with farm management software (e.g., Agworld, Granular) is a nice to have. • Knowledge of workflow automation tools or processes is a nice to have.
