Description

• Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours • Job Type: Full-time • Salary Range: Up to $1,500 per month, based on experience, with performance-based bonuses • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 8 AM – 5 PM EST • Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines • The Operations Associate (Client Support) will be responsible for managing customer interactions, including responding to inquiries and creating tickets for engineers, while assisting with business operations as needed. • By efficiently handling customer support and contributing to business operations, the Operations Associate will help improve customer satisfaction and operational flow, ensuring the company delivers high-quality service to its digital health clients.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in customer support or operations roles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to spot patterns, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with tools like Slack and ticketing systems for managing customer inquiries and support requests. • A proactive problem-solver with a curious mindset, capable of working independently with minimal hand-holding. • Preferably has experience in a tech or API-driven environment, not required
