📋 Description

• Role: Personal Assistant with bookkeeping expertise • Work Arrangement: Fully remote • Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time • Work Schedule: TBD • About Pearl Talent: Pearl works with the top 1% of candidates from around the world and connects them with the best startups in the US and EU. • The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting executive operations while taking charge of bookkeeping and payroll functions across both US and EU markets. • Executive & Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and executive correspondence. • Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Manage US payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting. • Operations & Workflow Optimization: Streamline internal administrative and financial processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have experience in US payroll, tax compliance, and bookkeeping. • Strong understanding of EU payroll structures and financial reporting. • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, ADP, or similar payroll tools. • Exceptional attention to detail with a structured, organized workflow. • High-level proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools. • Proactive and detail-oriented – Takes ownership of financial and executive tasks. • Reliable and discreet – Can be trusted with sensitive financial and executive information. • Strong communicator – Keeps stakeholders informed and manages multiple moving parts efficiently.
