Description

• As a Shopify QA Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our Shopify stores and applications • Responsible for conducting rigorous testing across various platforms and devices, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure a smooth user experience for our customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA testing, preferably with a focus on e-commerce platforms • Strong understanding of Shopify functionalities and features • Experience with manual and exploratory testing methodologies • Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • A passion for e-commerce and a keen understanding of user behavior (a plus)
