• The Channel Quality Specialist provides customer service support for test centres. • Responsible for account maintenance, quality management, and compliance monitoring. • Works closely with teams like Program Coordinators, Channel Care, and Channel Sales.
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service and support. • Experience in Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Calendar, Word, and excel). • Experience with Pearson VUE test registration, site management and reporting software preferred.
