• We are seeking an exceptional, visionary Marketing Director to drive Pearson Higher Education’s growth in the APAC region overseeing India, Southeast Asia (SEA), and Australia/New Zealand. • This pivotal role is ideal for a strategic leader who can accelerate growth in our established markets and boldly position Pearson as a recognized, trusted brand in emerging markets. • You will champion our mission, bringing your expertise in marketing to amplify our impact and drive business growth in one of the world’s most dynamic regions. • As the Marketing Director for APAC, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Pearson by crafting and executing powerful B2B and D2C marketing strategies that directly drive sales and generate quality sales leads. • You will lead integrated campaigns that raise brand awareness, foster engagement, and build advocacy. • This is a rare opportunity to lead a marketing team that will influence the future of Pearson’s footprint across APAC, creating a compelling brand presence that connects with educators, students, and the wider Higher Education sector. • You will combine your strategic skills with executional excellence to drive business growth and elevate Pearson’s reputation as a leader in Higher Education.
🎯 Requirements
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, with a professional marketing qualification being an advantage. • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional language(s) spoken across APAC is highly desirable.
