📋 Description

• The Assessment Product team strives to create Pearson flagship assessments and tools • The Product Manager will work closely with team members to support key aspects of delivering Pearson Assessment for Learning Suite • Manage product development from launch to implementation • Fulfill the overall product vision and theory of action to meet stakeholder needs • Support the design and development of new assessment solutions • Create and manage a strategic product roadmap aligned with the priorities of Pearson School Assessment • Serve as the main point of contact for sales team; inform marketing and pricing strategies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is preferred • 5+ years product or project management is required • 3+ years developing K-12 academic assessment or instructional products required • Background in student-centered learning, performance assessment, AI innovation, and/or future-ready skills, such as critical thinking and collaboration • Knowledge of the K-12 assessment landscape and competitive products • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and ability to coordinate multiple activities and adapt to unexpected events • Broad knowledge of common software programs, strong technology skills, and the confidence necessary to work with unfamiliar projects • Ability to effectively prioritize and flexibly adapt to fast-moving environments • Strong relationship-building skills; confidence working with broad groups of stakeholders, including senior management • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
