📋 Description

• The Senior Operations Management Analyst is a critical member of a cross-functional team that collaborates with multi-national pharmaceutical companies in supporting pharmaceutical clinical research trials. • This position disseminates critical information utilizing exceptional written and verbal communications. • Provides executive level support to the Clinical Assessment Market Development team and special projects. • Represents leadership to internal and external constituents with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. • Responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time according to the agreed upon scope of work. • Manages the operational execution of projects and builds strong relationships. • Responsible for issue identification, stakeholder communication, escalation management, problem resolution, and content delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, health care administration, life sciences, or related field with a minimum of 5 or more years of experience. • Graduate degree preferred. • Requires proven project management skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. • Strong client management skills. • Customer service experience preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Excellent planning and time management skills. • Ability to multitask. • Excellent organization skills required.
