• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for 6,500 employees. • Train administrative personnel in payroll practices. • Process pay period and off-cycle payrolls. • Maintain payroll information and review records for accuracy. • Calculate wages, tax deductions, and resolve discrepancies. • Communicate payroll information and maintain confidentiality. • Build effective relationships with operational personnel.
• Experience with payroll software (Workday, ADP, Kronos, etc.) is required. • Ability to maintain positive working relationships. • Strong knowledge of multi-state taxation rules. • Basic understanding of payroll withholding procedures. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, dependable. • Proven track record in payroll system testing and report writing. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. • 1+ years of Payroll Experience preferred.
