Description

β€’ Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for 6,500 employees. β€’ Train administrative personnel in payroll practices. β€’ Process pay period and off-cycle payrolls. β€’ Maintain payroll information and review records for accuracy. β€’ Calculate wages, tax deductions, and resolve discrepancies. β€’ Communicate payroll information and maintain confidentiality. β€’ Build effective relationships with operational personnel.

Requirements

β€’ Experience with payroll software (Workday, ADP, Kronos, etc.) is required. β€’ Ability to maintain positive working relationships. β€’ Strong knowledge of multi-state taxation rules. β€’ Basic understanding of payroll withholding procedures. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). β€’ Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, dependable. β€’ Proven track record in payroll system testing and report writing. β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. β€’ 1+ years of Payroll Experience preferred.
