Requirements

• Understand what a customer wants, how they want it, and convey how the proposed solutions and Penrod’s proven process will give them the benefits they’re looking for • Manage deal cycles within a process designed to force effective decision-making while navigating to and building partnerships with enterprise-level decision makers • Mastery of the Salesforce Platform to keep ongoing pursuits well-organized, on-track, and highly-communicated to internal stakeholders • Strategic account planning and management of partner relationships in target market • Engage companies and lead discussions around business processes • Become an expert in Penrod’s offerings for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs • Build relationships with Salesforce team members to co-sell products and solutions in order to build your own book of business • Consistently achieve a quarterly quota annualized in excess of 2 million dollars • Experience in selling professional services or technology solutions • Ability to lead conversations around vision and innovation • A competency for complex problem-solving and business analysis • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team • Emotional Intelligence to navigate and thrive in a channel sales environment with a wide variety of personalities and challenges • Has sold for Salesforce, a Salesforce implementation partner, or a Salesforce ISV • Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences - specifically Payer, Provider, MedTech, or Pharma - preferred
