Description

• Serve as the technical expert on all aspects of the Salesforce platform, providing mentorship and guidance to peers and junior developers. • Work with a wide range of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Apex Code, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce API. • Lead the development and deployment of scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions for large client engagements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Drive the technical requirements gathering process during discovery sessions with clients, translating business needs into robust technical solutions. • Stay updated on new Salesforce features, releases, and products, continuously bringing innovative solutions to the table. • Conduct technical solution reviews and architecture meetings with customers and Penrod teams to ensure alignment and quality.

Requirements

• Have 3-5 years of experience in a development or consultative role, with 2-5 years of Salesforce experience. • Are proficient in building Salesforce solutions and have experience with front-end development, pipelines, JS Controllers, web services, and script debugging. • Have a deep understanding of HTML, JavaScript (including Vue and React libraries), and CSS, as well as object-oriented development concepts and design patterns (MVC, Maven, Django). • Are experienced in working with relational databases (SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and can troubleshoot integration issues between Salesforce and client applications. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
