• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position, ideally within a creative agency or fast-paced marketing environment • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage creative teams to produce projects from concept to completion, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of impactful creative work across various channels • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience guiding junior creatives and fostering a collaborative team culture • Strong strategic vision, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, brand-aligned creative concepts • Excellent client management skills, with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines • Experience working with external vendors and managing the production process for creative and content projects • Solid understanding of production processes for digital, print, and multimedia, and ability to manage teams through those processes
