Description

• 4+ years of product management experience, including working with a software engineering team to build products from concept to launch. • Demonstrable ability to prioritize amongst competing opportunities, balancing customer needs with business priorities. • Expertise in using analytics, user research, and structured thinking to drive decisions and improve products. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and a passion for serving user needs. • Stellar organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time and energy. • Experience working closely with design teams to deliver delightful user experiences. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Strong motivation to make a positive impact on the world and help alumni and students find their next step in life. • Bonus: Data analysis skills, including SQL. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing expectations and responsibilities. • Comfortable working with a largely remote team. • People who have worked with you will attest to these skills.

Requirements

• Strategy: Develop and lead the product vision and strategy for your product area. Maintain product and market knowledge to determine PeopleGrove’s strategic and competitive position. • Individual Contributor: Work hands-on with design and engineering to bring product ideas to life from concept to launch, prioritising features based on impact and ROI. Build the product roadmap and launch meaningful new features. • Project Management: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to build a product that our users love. Manage day-to-day project activities to deliver on your vision. Identify opportunities to incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis. Strategically assess new opportunities and develop alignment around these. • Analytics: Define, track, and analyze metrics that inform the success of our product, including KPIs and A/B tests. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to synthesize product requirements that enhance user satisfaction.
