• Plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale, high-touch marketing events • Own end-to-end event logistics • Work closely with the sales team to align event strategy with pipeline goals • Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies and campaigns • Measure event success by tracking engagement and leads converted

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing • Proven track record of planning and executing high-impact events for senior IT decision makers • Experience working in a regional marketing role, with a focus on the APAC region • Strong project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative thinker with engaging event formats • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on success of field marketing programs
