• Passionate about delighting customers in the open-source database space • Responsible for inbound and outbound product management efforts • Collaborate with customers, partners, product managers, and tech leads • Translate product vision into compelling strategy and roadmap • Ensure delivering value to Percona’s customers and community

Requirements

• Developed a strong understanding of MySQL or other open-source databases • Product management with enterprise IT software, including shipping products • Demonstrated understanding of customers’ business challenges • Proven technical background in software development or operations • Experience working with inter-departmental stakeholders • Ability to lead without requiring authority • Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and self-managed • Language skills: English fluently, additional languages appreciated • Exceptional communication skills • Willing to travel occasionally on business • Willingness to adjust working schedule for video calls
