• Perforce is a community of collaborative experts, problem solvers, and possibility seekers who believe work should be both challenging and fun. • We are proud to inspire creativity, foster belonging, support collaboration, and encourage wellness. • At Perforce, you’ll work with and learn from some of the best and brightest in business. • The Legal Team is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the Commercial Transactions team. • We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and can work effectively within a team environment while managing priorities and deadlines. • The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the review, redlining, and negotiation of commercial agreements between Perforce and its customers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate or higher-level degree required. • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in reviewing and supporting negotiations of software and technology agreements. • Good drafting skills and ability to follow established templates and playbooks. • Team player who can effectively communicate issues externally and internally. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments with guidance. • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Eagerness to learn about the Perforce business, our teams, and the customers we support. • Basic project management skills. • Experience with contract management systems a plus. • Prior experience at a software/technology company preferred.
