• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations • Assist in building and leading a service-oriented team • Ensure robust internal controls for accurate financial reporting • Partner with operational leaders for financial process improvements • Develop and mentor Accounting team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field required • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential required • 10+ years of experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and increasing leadership responsibilities • 6+ years of experience managing/supervising staff within an Accounting group • Experience with NetSuite ERP system required
