🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung • mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Success Management und/oder Account Management • kommunikationsstark und analytisches Denkvermögen • guter Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise mit CRM-Systemen • fließende Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
