• Content & UGC Relationship Lead for PetLab Co., a DTC pet supplement market leader. • Oversee relationships with up to 50 customers and secure talent on TikTok and Instagram. • Manage outreach and acquire user-generated content while meeting high standards. • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with marketing goals. • Provide reports on UGC performance and optimize strategies based on data.
Requirements
• Has 3+ years of experience in managing customer relationships, UGC, or content acquisition in a content-driven environment. • Loves animals and has worked with animals or influencers with pets before. • Experience developing, growing and establishing a presence on TikTok shop. • Has a strong understanding of digital content and social media trends. • Is highly organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships and content pipelines. • Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure smooth customer interactions and content rights acquisition. • Is comfortable using data to measure success and optimize strategies.
