Description

• Petvisor is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to shape the future of our SaaS solutions • Build and lead a fully remote, global team of developers • Provide technical vision, establish a culture of excellence • Drive the successful delivery of our AI-enabled products • Collaborate closely with product owners to align initiatives with customer needs • Your contributions will directly impact our product roadmap

Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years leading global, remote teams of full-time employees and contractors • Demonstrated expertise in .NET, React, AWS Cloud Services, and AI technologies • Proven track record in team building, performance management, setting KPIs, and driving accountability • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse global teams • Comfortable making critical decisions under pressure • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and implementing AI solutions
