Description

β€’ Own the end-to-end product development process, shipping high-quality products and features regularly. β€’ Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define project milestones, create timelines, and form project teams. β€’ Lead meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders. β€’ Write comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria for key product features. β€’ Lead integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring products meet both functional and technical requirements. β€’ Work with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and develop new features that meet strategic business goals. β€’ Monitor product performance, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a technical advisor to customers, while designing and implementing product changes that address customer needs. β€’ Refine the value proposition for the features or modules owned by your team and help prioritize changes based on overall product impact. β€’ Conduct market research in collaboration with other teams, examining customer feedback, technology trends, and industry regulations to identify product opportunities and gaps. β€’ Perform experiments to test hypotheses and inform decisions regarding new product features or enhancements. β€’ Own the success criteria and performance metrics for specific product features or modules and work to achieve them. β€’ Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on product management and releases, including evaluating trade-offs, adjustments, and feasibility. β€’ Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and support articles to ensure internal teams and customers have the resources they need. β€’ Present to customers and assist sales teams in gathering feedback, refining product positioning, and tailoring features to meet customer segment needs.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. β€’ 3+ years of experience in product management or developing digital experiences, particularly in SaaS products, payments, financial services, or small business tools. β€’ Experience working within a modern agile software development lifecycle (SDLC). β€’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and requirements. β€’ Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver on product objectives. β€’ Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation. β€’ Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional product experiences.
