• Join our IT Department as a Strategic Program Manager and drive the transformation and success of our technology initiatives. • Oversee and coordinate multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they align with our organization's long-term goals while meeting high standards for planning, staffing, and execution. • Lead program planning to achieve organizational goals, set long-term objectives, and develop new initiatives. • Ensure program activities align with organizational policies, standards, and governance. • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. • Monitor multiple projects, manage budget allocations, and report on cash flow projections. • Foster relationships with key vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related fields). • Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT or project management software environments. • PMP certification preferred. • Technical & Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stream projects with cross-functional and global teams. • Expertise in vendor management, customer communication, and C-level engagement. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Competencies: Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. • Personal Characteristics: Demonstrates ethical behavior, creative problem-solving, and a client-focused approach.
